Hello Grace. 誤打誤撞認識到你既channel, 我以前都住過係倫敦，都冇去過呢間米線。其實米線一開始係香港餐廳去學雲南個邊既米線，再加上自己本地既改良，但係似我九十後既一定係集體回憶。 聽你媽媽講英文，我諗你地係尼日利亞裔，我都鐘意食個邊d野食，我諗你都幾食得辣。香港荼係比起英國茶濃不少，如果要係英國自己屋企整就2/3杯水+1包m&s gold同2包yorkshire tea or pg tips, 沖出來放去微波爐度開最低(low)叮兩﹑三分鐘，要根據你自己個爐來調整時間，因為香港奶茶既味道要brew出來。 拎出來之後要放1/3淡奶(evaporated milk)，記得要擠埋茶包入面d精華出來，唔好淨係撈出來就dump左佢。

The Hong Kong government should offer a scholarship to Grace so she might be able to improve her Cantonese in the professional level .

No offense, your Cantonese is far from perfect. I can immediately detect the accent and know that you are not native speaker. I am not trying to give you a hard time. But Cantonese is notorious to master and I have seen very, very few non native speakers that can speak the language like native. Don't get too confident from these online comments praising you. They don't know what they are talking about.
